I am still working on my daughters album so like I warned here comes more

this picture of my daughter has a tale behind it
this was taken at a national championship in Geelong, she danced beautifully firstly with her Hard shoes and then it was her turn to dance with her soft shoe, Jenni does a beautiful hold jump the unfortunate thing was when she came down from this jump she landed and broke her foot.

They call it the dancers break
I have a few others to show as well, this was recently a class at Seriously Scrapbooking shop

Slides

I have always wanted to decorate slides and I finally have taken the time out to give it a try I will admit I did have a couple of big ideas and just ended up taking the easy option

 I have made my slides as decorations that can be hang on the Christmas tree,  there are images on both sides as I have joined two slides together

with the left overs I decorated a two slot, slide book these slides are adhered to the book with glossy accents

  every thing is available over at Meg's Garden including the slides and slide book.

White Christmas

Today I had a lovely afternoon with a group of ladies teaching these cards,as we are almost thinking Christmas the time is to make a start on our Christmas cards
and here we have begun

part of todays lesson was all about our Big Shot  using our spell binders dies combine with patern paper to get a soft and shabby chic effect I have used

 it is not Christmas paper but just goes to show you don't always need Christmas paper to achieve the result.

I am real excited about this Collection as I want to please both card makers and Scrapbookers with these designs and for all the different techniques of texture paste I believe they are soft enough to still achieve that look as well.

A Third

well seems that lately I am blogging once a month of late
am I getting slower as the time flies by or am I just trying to achieve to much, think its a little of both.
Since my last post I have entered some pages into our Royal Show I was encouraged by the lovely Adriana Bolzon to have a go and with the reminders coming my way I eventually went from a gunna to doer
I entered three layouts one a double and two a single

This one I received a Third for 

Vintage was very popular hence the competition was stiff, so unfortunately I got no where with this one but that wont stop me from sharing it

I have to re take the photo of my double pages as they where a little out of focus so I will share later.

Celtic pages

My layout I have been procrastinating on all week, so finally I just had to go with it.
I am trying to finish my daughter's Dance Album for a display at a 30 year function, having embraced Project Life which is just perfect for all the photos I have collected and put in the two hard basket, over the years of her dancing.
So I have created a page and some little pocket tags to share with you today.
