a little vintage with Heartsease

Hello everyone
wow has been a long time between visits, we have had a wedding, a quick stay in hospital, the arrival of a gran daughter a trip to Queensland for teaching since my last post, five busy and exciting months.
However there was always time to create and design, so now its time to share some of my most recent creations mostly using my very own designed chipboard.

A few wedding decorations and signage I created

My domes which were created and taught in two classes in Brisbane with the Vintage Chicks

My card toppers with my own Chipboard and the Hearts-ease papers.

Experimenting with my wings of time Chipboard, Lindy's Sprays and waxes, with card toppers on a layout using Heartsease paper.

I have lots more to share just need to take some photos.
meanwhile you can always visit my Instagram or my Facebook page for some inspiration
hopefully it wont take me another five months between my next post

My Bold Beauties

Just a quick visit and share before I head to bed
I finally had a chance to take some photos of my Bold Beauties that I have experimented with. Made from Resin, paint, and Lindy's sprays what I truly love is I have used the same colours on each frame and they all have individuality  for me they are bold  almost a little too much but I love them for their Gothic ornate look totally enjoyed making them and looking at them
I will teach a class on these in the near future incorporating my chipboard in the frame.

sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to some great inspirational ideas that just keep evolving. I will have lots more to share at the end of the month stay tuned.
Well my bed time now  Goodnight from me.
thanks for visiting

Old and New

Hello
My son as he was helping me put things back in place after a veranda re-build, said now you have a great place to take photos of your projects, hence my little photo shoot this morning in the challenging morning light.
Which leads me to my projects which actually were inspired by a picture shared on Facebook of a lounge room and its decor which I love a mixture of Old and New, Rustic and Chic.
My first projects were two cards which lead me to my layout and as I write this a idea is swimming around in my head for something similar in blues (stay tuned).
Time to share my projects

what have I used
The old is the paper from The Australiana Collection and all my bits of lace.
The new is the Geranium birdcage and the small gate dies, the foil scroll frame are from the Cest la Vie collection available now.  Some die cuts from Bohemian Bouquet. All the chipboard words, large gate and the scrolls are my own designed Chipboard designed and cut by me.

I am now off to go and play with another layout this time using vellum.
