Cant Help myself

I have to learn to look away now when I see glass domes, I think I have reached my limit, just maybe.
What can I say about my dome, that's its made from the Enchanted Tea Party and Vintage Rose.
Every thing is made from scratch the base from very thick card board. my hat took me one afternoon to get the size right when I created it lots of card stock went in the bin that day.
my drink me bottle was a very old bar fridge bottle from my husbands collection the label had fallen off so was perfect

The clock embellishments I had collected over the years and were perfect for this display
I will admit making my cups I found a little difficult, because I had trouble with keeping them round

But over all I am pleased with my little dome creation it is a perfect representation of what Enchanted Tea Party is all about
If you would like to know where to find my collections click the link or the pictures on my side bar and that will take you to where you want to go

Inspiration

Thought today I would share some photos from the creative Inspiration Magazine on my blog. If you are looking for the magazine hop on over to Couture Creations blog or at your local craft shop  if they don't have them available, ask them to order them in.

my very old top hat made here in Adelaide which I believe was made for a Lady because of its size I fixed the inside because it had a large dent in it  I just love it.

A day out for Easter

A few years ago for Easter at our Botanical Gardens, which is probably the last time we have been there, I think we are well over due for visit.
Funny thing thou about that day it coincides with how old my freezer is as that particular day we had to race out and purchase another freezer before all my frozen goods defrosted, don't remember the year but we were blessed with a beautiful warm Autumn Day.
This is a layout I had so much fun putting together and am a little fond of, because of all its elements

I have played with Anna Griffin Texture Paste as well as using the Prima mold again very plain which I love on its own I have used dies from different collections like Sea Breeze  and mixed it with Imaginarium Chipboard.

I have punched out a little image with a circle punch and placed under a piece of flat glass embellishment

Unfortunately it is hard to take photos of my acetate layouts this is just a quick example of one of my layouts sitting over each other, you can see how they match and give dimension.
