Using it all

 Just recently I got some new toys or tools or how ever you would call these delightful things, and as most crafters we want to use them strait away and I am certainly no different
So the challenge for me was how can I use my new delights with Magnolia's Challenge, I did not succeed with all of my new tools so will have to wait until I get the other project finished just could not combine them all
But the colours just seemed to fall together not a problem thanks to some old Stampin Up papers I had in my Stash I was a little daunted at first but once I got into had lots of fun
So here it is the colour combo 

Well I must say Easel cards are my favorite fold for cards, this card will be sent to a special lady for her 60th birthday.
Well off to try and get some house work done before it gets to hot, we have had a few 40 degrees days in a row which is normal for this time of the year.

Lazy

 Think this may be a lazy Sunday I had big ideas of heading out side to tidy and pull some weeds but there is no motivation for I am feeling very lazy.Worked hard yesterday to get the house work done so I could go outside today but I think the heat is playing a huge part in my lake of enthusiasm its not very often I get a full weekend off  from work and there is always something that needs doing around the house.
With not being well and the never ending story of work, and starting Study this week. I have amazingly finished a card and a scrappy page for Meg's Design Team, Meg requested something Vintage.

the little tag is made from the transparency sheets the front and base of the card are card makers pack

This page is not exactly vintage but the photo of my Mum and her brother as children at their Aunties place in the Adelaide hills  is over 60 years  old I wanted this to match the page I did recently.

may be if I go out there and pull a weed or two I might feel like I have at least done something.

Just one word

I have used the strips that come with the papers of The Garden of Blue Flowers and my little tag is also from Megs Garden and the beautiful pin of Jewel as well just to finish it off
took me a while to get this card to sit right but happy with the end result

whats next

Its been an interesting week just past, not one to complain too much but when not well you certainly appreciate your good health.  This past week I have been inflicted with a Kidney Stone which is very painful, but on the up side its given me the opportunity to get on top of things. I have been stuck on the couch, with my stable table on my lap colouring and cutting.
so here is a little sneak look at whats coming up for classes at Charlotte's Web in the next few months.

Well its been a while between posts I have been creating thou, working hard on Cards for classes just gone and those which are coming up soon hoping to get a head before going back to study.

this gate card was a workshop we had a couple of weeks ago at Charlotte's Web I have used Acetate, Dusty Attic gate Chipboard,and paper and a label from Le Jardin.

 this is a page for a challenge over at The Colour room I did a couple of weeks ago as well, using paper and transparent labels from Le Jardin collection
