Christmas is around the corner

Wow cant believe where the time is going its been a while between posts yet it seems like yesterday
yet again I am posting this because over at Magnolia Down Under we have a new challenge and it is multiple folds  more than one fold I decided to make a decoration this has two folds and on the back as well and it also is a shaker decoration as well
I have used Grand Christmas from the Vintage Christmas Collection over at Megs Garden

 

 One thing leads to another after making my Tri-fold decoration, I proceeded to finish my book for an up and coming workshop at Charlotte's Web in November

Well yet again I have stayed up late to get this card finished just in time for the Challenge over at Magnolia Down Under
This week we have a sketch

because I am having trouble keeping my eyes open I will keep this short
here is my card

taking photos at night does not pick up every thing on the card
I stamped Tilda with a light shade of Memento ink I find this tecnique difficult to colour in and I am not sure if I like my end result others that I have seen always look lovely

lots of layers

Just a quick post I made this card two days ago and have not had the chance to put it up on the blog.
I would like to enter it to the TOMIC challenge this week of make your own background, hope mine fits into it as underneath my layers is a circle which I spayed with glimmer mist but I kept on adding layers and now I think it has got a little lost.
This is a gate fold card with a belt

 after spraying it I also stamped it as well hope this covers the challenge

 well off to bed and drop on back for the MDUC on Sunday

Holidays

I have created some pages to celebrate the knew Discover and Remember Collection, this collection was designed as a cover mount for this months edition of Scrapbook Ideas. the magazine has a selection of these papers in A4 there for over at Megs Garden both 12 x12 and A4 as well as the card makers pack are available.
How I miss the Family Holidays we had when my daughter and son were younger, now they are grown and don't really want to go on holiday with Mum and Dad any more that's just not cool.
